Allison’s professional experience includes more than 25 years of organization development, training, and leadership work across public and private-sector organizations. She has held organization development and training leadership roles with the County of Sacramento, Personnel Services Division and the Sacramento County Airport System. Her work included leading countywide leadership and workforce development initiatives supporting more than 10,500 employees, directing organization development and strategic planning efforts, and designing organizational culture transformation, employee engagement, career development, and succession planning programs. Through her independent consulting practice, she partners with executive leaders and organizations to assess complex organizational challenges and develop practical strategies that strengthen leadership, organizational performance, and workforce engagement.

Allison takes a collaborative, practical, and people-centered approach to organization development. She works with leaders to understand the factors affecting organizational effectiveness, identify underlying challenges, and develop strategies that are responsive to the organization’s unique needs and goals.
Drawing on her background in organizational psychology and extensive real-world experience, Allison helps translate complex organizational issues into practical action.
